Vice- Admiral Sir (Henry) Percy Douglas, K.C.B., C.M.G.. F.R.G.S.. at the age of 63 years. Second son of the late Admiral Sholto Douglas, C.B., Sir Percy, an Associate of the in- stitute of Civil Engineers, entered the Navy in 1890 and from 1910 to 1814 was Superintendent of Charts.

Sir Percy was Surveyor of the Staff of the Vice-Admiral. Dover Patrol, for operations on the Bel- gian Coast, 1918-19. und was Assis- tant Hydrographer of the Navy from 1919 to 1921.
