Commander MG. Goodenough, whose appointment for duty at the Admiralty is announced, was promoted in the mid-summer list, while serving as squadron gunnery amcer in the 1st Cruiser Squadron" in the Mediter ranean. He had formerly "been fleet gunnery oulcer on the East Indies Station.
