Ships And Aircraft Transfer Act Now

In a Government Gazette Extraordinary, publish- ed yesterday, it was notified that the Ships and Aircraft Transfer Restrictions Act, 1939, was passed by the Im- perial Parliament on Sept. 2 (Saturday)

TRANSFER OF SHIPS
1. It shall be unlawful, except under the sanction of the Board of Trade
