CLERK, POSTMAN & STAMP DEALERS CHARGED
A clerk and a postman of the Genstal Post Office and four stamp dealers appeared before Mr. T. J. Houston, at the Central Court yesterday, charged with conspiracy to defraud, '
They were Lo Kwok-leung, clark, Lo Shing. postman, and Yu Sul, Tong Shal-tong. Chan Tsun, and Cam Sal stamp dealers..
They were alleged to have false- ly pretended that certain stamped envelopes were first day covers and had been cancelled by the General Post Office on January 11.
Two Further Charges

The defendants were remanded for three days on the application of Sub-Inspector C. Goodwin, Ball
