TOKYO, August 7 (Reuter)-A spokesman of the Japanese Foreign Office declared to-day that no reports had been received from Lake Como about the meeting between the Japanese Ambassadors in Rome and Berlin.
The spokesman declined to comment on press re-. ports that Japan intended to adhere to the axis mil- itary alliance or to disclose the present position of the negotiations.
