LONDON, JULY 24 (REUTER)—IN THE HOUSE OF COMMONS TO-DAY, Mr. Chamberlain gave as follows the text of the agreement reached at Tokyo between the Japanese Foreign Minister, Mr. Arita, and Sir Robert Craigie, British Ambassador to Japan.
