The third annual Baby Health Competition, promoted by Messrs. A. S. Watson and Company, Limited. In connexion with their proprietory medicine "Watson's Baby Water, will be held to-morrow afternoon at two o'clock at the Confucius Hall, Caro- Eine Hill."
