LONDON, June 24 (Reuter)—“No British Govern. ment could submit to the dictation of another Power as to its foreign policy and I trust, therefore, that we are right in supposing that there is no such intention in the mind of the Japanese Government," declared Mr. Neville Chamberlain on Saturday in the course of a speech on foreign affairs which he delivered at one of the largest open-air demonstrations ever held in Britain at Sophia Park, Cardiff.
