NATIONAL RELIEF ASSEN: MEETING

A meeting of the Hongkong branch of the National Women's Relief Association book place at the

Chinese Merchants" - Club, China Building, yesterday „after- noon in the form of a tea party for the pupose of preparing a campaign to collect articles, for a charity bazaar to be held in Lon- don this summer to raise funds for war relief in China.....

This campaign is in response to a letter received from Madame Chiang Kai-shek who had receiv- ed dr appeal from Madame Que Tal-chi, wife of the Chinese Am- bassador to the Court of St. James's.

Among those present at the meeting yesterday, were Mesdames Sun Yat-sen, H. H. Kung. T. V. Soong. Liao Chung-kai, C. C. Wu, Ma Chao-chup, wife of the Vice- Director of the Social Department | of the Kuomintang Headquarters, and representatives of various rëllef organizations.
