15-YEAR-OLD GIRL STRANGLED

TO DEATH ABOARD BOAT

A 15-year-old girl, Lo Ho, was murdered yester- day when three robbers, about 3 a.m., commandecred a boat lying off the wharves at Cheung Chow Island, and ordered the two occupants to row them out to a certain spot outside the inner harbour limit.

The boat bad hardly been rowed outside the inner harbour, when one of the robbers seized the murdered girl's mother, Cheng Tal-tal. 37. by the throat, and another robber covered her mouth with his hand. The third robber seized hold of the girl and. It is belleved, strangled her to death.
