But the services of the Brigade have not been confined to those. who have come beyond our border to take refuge in oDr country. Among this Colony's population in vaccination work. anti-cholera inoculation, the enumeration and Classification of street sleepers and in other forms of social ser- vice the Brigade has been active; and as Governor I take this oppor. tunity of thanking those who have given this valuable help.
