. Silver Duty Rate The Central Bank of China's 2015 rate on London at 10 am to-day was "1/2-1/2d, unchanged from yesterday.

Silver prices rose 1/16 yesterday for both deliveries, the quotations being 20 3/16 for Ready and 20 for Forward. Silver advices re- ported the market as being steady with some Indian and speculative demand. The market closed with small buyers at the quoted rate. American Silver was quoted at 42 3/4 for Spot,

Despite fair demand for "actuals" dealers
