2 tbsp. melted butter

1 small onion (grated)

1 tsp. finely chopped parsley

tap. salt

Few grains pepper

6 tomatoes

2 cups mashed potatoes

Grated cheese.

Add butter, onion. parsley, salt and pepper to mashed potatoes and beat until smooth. Scoop out tomatoes without breaking the outside shell; Fill with mixture; top with cheese. Place in a baking dish. Bake in a mod erste oven 30 minutes.
