A SURPRISE WIN BY DISCOVERY BAY, CAPABLY RIDDEN BY MR. S. L. YUEN, in the Cabramatta Han- dicap, which paid lucky backers $434.30 each, was the highlight of the second and concluding day of the Easter Race meeting, run in brilliant weather and on a fast track at Happy Valley yesterday.

Apart from this, and a return of $156.50, paid when Fel Ying (Mr. B. A. Proulx) won the second section of the Boa Vista Handicap, dividends were. taken as a whole, disappointing. -
