FUNERAL OF MR. CHINESE

Service

The funeral service took place yesterday in the Chapel of the Resurrection, Culonial Cemetery, of Mr. G. H. White, whose death oc- curred at the Queen Mary Hos- pital on Saturday, after a long liness. The remains were later cremated.

The late Mr. White was with thei Arm of Dodwell & Co., in Shang- hal, until recently and had a large circle of friends in the Colony. He Is survived by his wife (formerly Miss Gladys Woolley) "and a son Geoffrey, who is at school Shanghai. His mother, Mrs. L. White, is in Perzancé. England."
