The Prague correspondent of the "Daily Telegraph" says that there is reason to belleve that there has been. a lessening of tension between Berlin and Prague dur- ing the week-end:

"The Times "Berlin correspondent writes that one thing is clear is that the Reich regards the deposed Tiso Government as the constitutional government of Slovakia. The correspondent "adds that the most. authoritative commentators in Berlin emphasize the point that in the view of the Reich the Prague Gov- ernment's proceedings in Slovakia and Carpatho- Ukraine have reopened the question of the structure of the Czecho-Slovak State.

SIDOR ABANDONS

PRAGUE TRIP

PRAGUE, Mar. 13. (Reuter) → There are indications that the situation has taken a more serious turn as M. 81dor has temporarily abandoned his projected trip to Prague because of growing in- térnal difficulties. It is reliably learned that M.Macha, deposed Slovak Propaganda Chief, was taken from prison to-day for an Interview with M, Sidor. This interview, as did the others, failed to produce any agreement bridging the differences between' the Mo- derate and Radical Slovaks.

Negotiations are expected to continue throughout the day but It is regarded as unlikely that the Radicals will abandon their de mand for an
