LONDON, Mar. 9 (Reuter)-Increases in the army personnel in Hongkong, Singapore and Ceylon were mentioned by Mr. Leslie Hore-Belisha, Secretary of State for War, when he presented the Army Estimates in the House of Commons on Mar. 8.
