Yat-Sen's Strong Appeal
"All realize the importance of working together for the same object.... Our Government recently made an urgent appeal for ambulances and medical supplies but there is not sufficient to meet the demands and thousands of wounded have died for lack of facilities, for the transport, and for lack of supplies. It is neces- sary, therefore, for all of us to co-operate. There is no time to waste and we must try to collect as much as. we possibly can before it is too late."
These words were uttered last night by Mme. Sun Yat-sen at a reception given at the Chinese Merchants' Club by the Rt. Rev. Bishop R. O. Hall, Mrs. P. S.. Selwyn-Clarke and Dr. Arthur Woo. Dr. Robert, Lim, head of the field where
