BURGOS, Feb. 28 (Reuter)-It is understood that the agreements signed between M. Berard and Gen. Jordana comprise the ques- tion of the return of gold and sil- ver belonging to the Bank of Spain and held in France, together with art treasures and ships intermed in French waters.
The question of the repatriation
of Spanish refugees, numbering 40.000. from France and the re- sumption of postal, telegraphic and railway communications are also included in the agreements.

Throughout the session the market displayed a steady under- tone with a good demand for "spot" Rubber. Fair buying interest in futures for trade and speculative accounts was also in evidence, which was induced by optimistic overnight reports received from London and New York,

It would appear that accumulation is indicated in view of the fact that the international political outlook is improving, whilst the statistical position of Rubber is strong, speculative holdings being practically negligible.
Towards the close of the market prices for all deliveries advanc- $10bed by 1/8 of a cent due to persistent further buying.
Closing tone was steady.
