LAST YEAR'S JOINT-CHAMPIONS SENIOR CRICKET LEAGUE, GIANTS OF THE GAME LOCALLY FOR MANY YEARS PAST, THE INDIAN Recreation Club have recently been playing cricket of a calibre which, though far from satisfactory from the point of view of their supporters, is nevertheless ideal from the spectacular angle and serves as a fine contradiction of the oft-repeated fallacy that cricket is a dull ganie.
Following their matches with Craigengower and Club de Recreio, descriptions of which have already appeared in those columns, their latest contribution to brighter cricket was offered last Saturday when; in a match which at one time appeared to be one-sided but In which there was actually hardly a single dull moment. they lied with he Army.

Weather conditions were far from ideal, making fast times impossible in the Hongkong Cycling Club's time trials on Wednesday last,"
