Fascist Grand Council To Meet Again This Week
ROME. FEBRUARY 5 (REUTER)~~THE FASCIST GRAND COUNCIL which met last night at 9 o'clock (G.M.T.) ended at 11.50 and a communique, issued at 2 a.m., states that Italian volunteers will not leave Spain until after Franco's victory is complete.
The communique says that Signor Mussolini made a report of the general international situation which the Grand Council repeatedly underlined with ap- plause and the conclusions of which were enthusias- tically acclaimed.
The Italian Foreign Minister, Count Clano, illus- trated certain aspects of the Italian foreign policy and Duce commented on the sailent points of Count Ciano's report.
