CHUNGKING, JAN. 25 (CENTRAL)—A TWO-YEAR HEALTH PROGRAMME, covering all important phases of the health pro- blem confronting the nation at war is being enforced by the National Health Administration under the direction of Dr. F. C. Yen.

Emphasis of this programme is placed on the care of wound- ed soldiers.
