YEAR FAIR
For ten days immediately preceding Chinese New Year day, which falls on Sunday, February 19, the traditional fair will be held as usual fa Gloucester Road, Wanchai, and In the Yaumati district, Kow- loun.

Colony Health Returns
A preponderance of cases of measles is a feature of the Colony's health returns for last week. No less than 45 cases were reported, 16 of
