SENIOR CRICKET LEAGUE STEEL COULSON'S

COMMENCES TO-DAY

Interesting Programme Of Games In Both Divisions

BY "TAC"

Some slight indication as to the ultimate destination of the senior cricket league shield will probably be forthcoming when they opening games are concluded to-day. There is a full programme and two of the matches, at least, are so open that any forecast would be very much in the nature of conjecture.

The two I refer to are Cralgengower versus Kowloon and Recreio versus Army. According to book form the first must result in a draw, but I am not so sure. The Kowloonites and the denizens of Happy Valley have a habit of doing the most unexpected things. The other game is even worse. One side is as likely as the other to win, by any margin!

The easiest of the lot to fore- tions!
