The market opened with prices unchanged for all deliveries as "compared with, Wednesday's closing quotations.

Early in the morning the market ruled quiet and dull despite fair enquiries, for "actuals." There was very little buying interest in futures displayed by dealers and speculators, which. It was assumed, was due to reports from New York that manufacturers did not show any disposition to make further purchases for the time being.
