LONDON, Jan. 13--There are fewer multi-millionaires in Britain. Particulars of the Board of Trade Statistical Abstract, just issped, show that in 1937-38 there were only two estates of between £2,000, 000 and £300,000,000 and: none exceeding the latter figure.

In 1930-31 there were six estates exceeding £2,000,000 and five exceeding £3,000,000.

Capital value of estates dealt with, however, increased pro- gressively from £296,432,000 In 1913-14 to £594,708,000 in 1937-38.

There has been a slight re- erudescence in the incidence of small-pox this year in spite of the vigorous vaccination cam- paign of the past nine months. This is understandable when one remembers that many tena of thousands of refugees from small-por-infected areas have sought shelter in this Colony in the past 18 months, says the Director of Medical Services, · Dr. P.
