A memorial tablet to the late King George V was this morning dedicated at the parish church of St. Mary Magdalene. Sandringham, in the presence of the King and Queer, the Princesses Elizabeth and Margaret Rose, the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke and Duchess of Kent and other. members of the Royal Christmas party.
The tablet, of white marble, is placed above the pulpit and bears a head-and-shoulders engraving of the late King with the following engraved Inscription." "In loving memory of King George V. 1865-1938. this plaque is placed here by his devoted wife and children.”
