No less than 66 entries were received by the Hongkong Cycling Club for their Open Tourist Time trial yesterday. The first section; numbering 19 competitors, was despatched from the Alhambra Theatre, Kowloon, by the Club's President, Mr. H. A. G. Keates, at 2.48 am.. with Messrs. G. Cottrell and S. R. Bayliss as marshals; an- other section under J. Walker and C. A. Brothwell followed at 8.52 » a.m., and the remainder of the 17 riders who started, were sent off at 8.35 am. under Mr. M.
