Chungshan, December 7,

Chinese forces are pushing towards Canton from the north, east and west, the plans having been decided at a military conference held in Kwangsi. Vernacular reports stated that the troops com manded by Generals Wu Chi-wei and Yeh Shao have reached Shao-. kwan in north Kwangtung, while the vanguard detachments located at Fakang and Tsunghua, about 40 miles north of Canton.
