It was alleged that about 8 p.m., on the day in question, both com- plainants were hawking peanuts in Fuller Street wher defendant came up to collect money for an Indian constable. Ko gave the defendant two cents and a short while later defendant returned and asked for three cents, saying that the Indian constable was not satisfied. The complainants re- fused and defendant left.
It was then alleged that an In- dian constable came up to the complainants and kicked their stalls.
