FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO INTRODUCE BILL Resolution Regarding H.K. Dollar Loan Ordinance

The Colony's Budget for 1939, amounting to $29,327,294, will be considered by the legislative Council when it meets at 2.30 p.m. to- day, The Budget B will be introduced by the Financial Secretary, the Hon. Mr. Sidney Caine, after the draft estimates of the year have been approved by the Select Committee appointed to study and report on them.
