SUSSEX HANDICAP Elizabeth (Mr. H. J. A. Hearne) ran very nicely to win the last race of the day with Soldier of Britain (Mr. F. FL) second and Commencement Bay (Mr. S. C. Liang) third.

It was a very good race, provid ing a fitting finale to a good day's sport.

The finish, as was the case in the first race, was exceedingly keen with the result in doubt till the last hundred yards... Corona- tion Day," which was tipped by Mr. L. Dunbar's Confusion Bay,
