NON-RETURN OF CHINESE TO Air Disasters IGNORED
CANTON CAUSING JAPANESE CONCERN
NO NOMINEE TO HEAD PROPOSED NEW REGIME
Canton, November 4.
Interviewed at his headquarters in Tangshan by Router's correspondent, Major Tanaka, Chief of Staff of the" Japanese South China Expeditionary Force, expressed concern regarding the non-reinrn of the Chinese population to Canton which is holding up the realisation of the Japanese desire to restore normal trade and business.
He said that the Japanese had no nominee in mind to head the proposed new regime to South China and all efforts for organisation of focal rovernment obviously depended on the return of the "population.
