Three Lots Fall Under Hammer
Three lots of land were dis- posed of at the Crown Land Sales beld in the Public Works Department yesterday. **
New Kowloon Inland Lot No. 2637 (East of Kowloon, Inland Lot No. 2338), of 13,000 square feet, with an annual crown,, rental of $138 was sold to Mr. W. C. L. Wong at the price of $6,900.
Kowloon Inland Lot No. 4041. opposite Kowloon Inland Löt No. 1382 and Kowloon Marine Lot No. 85. To Kwa Wan Road, of 85,130 square feet, and annual crown rental of $1.196, was sold at the upset price of $44,848 to the Hong- kong Engineering and Construction Company. Ltd.
