Terms Of Maritime Board- Dollar Line Agreement
The United States Maritime agreement with the Dollar Steam Commission has entered into anit plans to acquire, approximately ship Lines, Inc., Ltd., under which 90 percent of the company's vot ing stock.
The operation of the company will remain in the Dollar Steam- ship Company's hands.
Mr. Reginald 8. Laughlin, acting as special counsel for the Commission and a group of 13 corporations and individuals re- presenting Dollar Interest, signed the agreement covering the ad- justment and continuance of uninterrupted service and employment of both off-shore and on-shore personnel.
