Hay and Anderson, Chartered Civil Engineers, He Was born on September » 16, 1859, and was educated at the International Collège, Switzer land and the Royal School of Mines (Router Balletin).
The late Sir Basil Mott was as sociated with the late J. H. Great- head in the constructions of the City and South London Electric Railway. He was partner with the late Sir Benjamin Baker, XC,B., in which capacity &ir Basil was res ponsible for construction of the Central London Railway and othe, public works.
