LEE WAI-TONG WINS FROM CRAWFORD

Steadiness Too Much For K.C.C. Player

By F. Mela

Let Wai-tong and Alec Crawford, who shared two" sets in the hardcourts tennis championships "at. the U.S.R.C. two evenings a50. fought out again yesterday and this time the South China foot- 'ball star won in straight sets, his steadiness proving too much for Crawford who, however, put up a dour struggle in the second set.

Lee won the first set with comparative ease, bringing off a number of crisp volleys in the process, His best asset, however, was his first service which won him a number of points.
