A small aeroplane intended to prove in full scale the principle of a new design for an all-wing commerial aeroplane is being con- stracted at Witney, Oxfordshire, and should be flying next month, writes a Home correspondent.

It differs from all previous ideas in this class in the sense that it aims not only at improving the serodynamie qualitles of the structure dat also at distributing the loads over the compound form. of wing in such a way that structure weight is diminished.
