Parts. July 12. "The assertions in Italian press that France Is endeavouring to delay or prevent the ratification of the Anglo-Italian agreement elicited a sharp reply from Le Temps yesterday."
Flatly denying the Italian, ac- cusations, the paper points out that progress in non-intervention is due principally to the goodwill and spirit of co-operation on the part of France.
