General Pal Chung-hsl, China's leading strategist and Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Fifth Route Army, was yesterday inter- viewed by Mr. Edgar Ansel Mowrer. representative of the International Peace Campaign.
With the approval of General Pai. Mr. Mowrer sent a telegram to the headquarters of the Inter- national Peace Campaign in Gene- va, asking it to urge various gov- ernments in Europe to support the American action in prohibiting the sale of war planes to Japan.-
