Madame Chiang Kai-shek brought together recently in Bankow 30 prominent leaders in women's work throughout China for a five- day conference concerning the life and work of women during the war. Dr. Wu 1-tang, president of Ginling College, the celebrated American educational institution in Nanking, was vice-chairman of the meeting.
