Large Attendance At Rotary
Club's Ladies' Day
Yesterday was Ladies' Day at the Hong Kong. Rotary Club, and a large gathering ättended the weekly tifin held in the Hong Kong Hotel Roof Garden.

The speaker was Sir Atholl MacGregor, Chief Justice, who de- livered an interesting and illuminating address on Humour In the Law Courts.
Professor W. I. Gerrard presided and, in introducing the speak- er to the Rotarians and guests present.. remarked that Sir Atholl's magnetic force was obvious in the fact that so many ladies had turned up to hear him speak.
Among those present were: Lady MacGregor, Lady Pollock, Mr. Justice R, E. Lindsell, Mr. D. J. S108s and Mr. M. K. Lo.
At the conclusion of Sir Atholl's address, Sir Henry Pollock pro- posed a yote of thanks to the speaker.
