Szechuen Women Doing Their Share In War Work

(From Our Chungking Correspondent),

Women in Skechuen, while not so spectacular as their sisters in Shanghai in-war work, are nevertheless doing their part, or what- ever they might do, if called upon or given the chance.

Recently in Chungking, a large, class of volunteer war graduated. These young women had to go through a course of training to learn how to handle a ride and in military formation as well as in ambulance and hospital attendance, in view of the re- putailon the enemy have for their conduct toward the gentler" ele- ment among the Chinese people.
