The dining room in the fist class is situated on the main deck. On the promenade deck there is a large social hall with 2 dance floor in the middle, a reading and writing room with library, smok. ing room with bar and a verandah which is situated in front of the swimming pool. Behind the swim- ming pool a large deck is set aside

is another large space available for deck tennis and other sports. On this deck one also finds the gymnasium.

The lifeboat deck also contains the officer's quarters, wireless office and emergency electric-lighting centre.

The decoration of the socal lounges of "Ruys" and "Tegelberg" has been designed by well known artists.

In the Boissevain everything has been kept in pastel shades and the lighting system calls for special attention.
