Abbot Chao Kung, better known as I. T. Trebitsch Lincoln, a former member of the British Parliament and International adven turer, is reported to be on his way from Tientsin to Tibet and Sikang provinces, to act on behalf of Japan in winning over the Buddhist elements in those areas.
