Applications may be made:-(a) personally (b) by messenger. and (e) by post.

It is essential under (c) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque pay- able to Hong Kong, Government. The new licence will then be sent by post or messenger, as soon as it is ready, Where actual cash is tendered a new licence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Office.
