SLANDER ACTION Malicious Words Allegedly

Uttered In S.C.A. Offices

An acilon for slander was heard before the Puisne Judge, Mc. Justice R. E Lindsell, in the Summary Court yesterday, when a labour contractor sought $1,000 damages from a woman for hav-" ing falsely and maliciously spoken and published of him, at the Secretariat for Chinese Affairs on November 22 last.
