SURVEYING SHIP RELIEF The new surveying ship Franklin,
to be launched on December 22 by the Allsa Shipbuilding Company, Troon. will on completion about March next relieve the Kellett for service la home waters. The Kellett will be reduced to reserve at extended notice. Built as a twin-screw minesweeper under one of the War programmes, the Kellett has been employed on surveying duties since 1920.
