DESTROYER "AS TARGET SHIP
The destroyer Sabre, which was scrapped on December 31 Inst under the London Naval Treaty of 1930 and ordered to be maintained in a demilitarized state for use as a target-ship, was commissioned at Portsmouth recently, with a crew from Chatham for use as a tor pedo-bomber target and for rang- Ing paravanes at Rosyth.
