UNIQUE MONUMENT TO

A monument is to be built to Marconi on the spot when he first thought of wireless. The place is the Orona Valley in the North of Italy, and it was while staying here that. be first conceived the Idea. A tablet to commemorate the fact has been placed in the house in which he stayed. The actual monument is to be erected on the Barma d'Orópa, a mountain peak 6,800 feet in height, which overlooks the valley. It will con- sist of a chapel and a hut, and they will be completed by next summer when the formal opening Will take place. The scheme is sponsored by an Alpine Association of Bella, in Italy, and the Italian Alpine Club After Marconi's death, #t Was proposed to give him burial in one a: the national shrines, but he left instructions that he should be buried simply in a monastery outside Bologna, und this was done,

PROPHECY
The Age Of Gold And The Golden Age
In an address recently at the Central Hall, Westminster, Mr. David Davidson dealt with current' world affairs from the joint ständ- point of Biblical and Great Pyramid prophecy. The essential theme of the address was that Divinely revealed prophecy por-

The joint standpoint of Biblical and Great Pyramid prophecy is proved by the symbolism which is
common to both. In this connec-
tion, it is significant that successive stages in the inverted pyramid of modern economic symbolism are the antithes of successive corres- the Upright ponding stages in Pyramid of Biblical and Great Pyramid symbolism. (John xii., 32).
The inverted pyramid of modern economic symbolism, on the other hand, stands balanced on its apex, the apex-stone symbolising the world's gold stock, which, like the golden pillar of the Johannesburg Exhibition of 1936, is symbolically represented as supporting the world. As in the Upright Pyramid. the apex-stone is the sole founda- tion and is the first stage of build- ing. The second stage of building is supported by the golden apex- stone, and represents the body of currency and credit. The latter, in turn, supports the third stage of building, which represents the administration of trade, Industry. and commerce in symbolic unión with the body of Currency and and credit. In Scriptural sym- bolism this third stage is referred to as the "wanton" or "harlot" system of mercantile administra- tion, in that it is the antithes's repre-
